Custom Services & Digital Goods
Fueled by Pixels provides bespoke photography, videography, and digital editing services. Due to the custom nature of these services and the immediate delivery of digital assets, all sales are final once the high-resolution files have been delivered. We do not offer refunds on completed digital work.
Retainers & Deposits
To secure a date and time for a shoot, a non-refundable deposit or the first month's retainer fee may be required. This ensures your time slot is locked in and protects against last-minute cancellations that prevent us from booking other clients.
Rescheduling
We understand that the hospitality and real estate industries can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule a confirmed shoot, we require at least 48 hours' notice. We will gladly move your shoot to the next available date without penalty. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel a project entirely before the shoot takes place, any non-refundable deposits or retainer fees paid upfront will be retained by Fueled by Pixels to cover the reserved calendar time.
Terms & Conditions
Service Agreement
By engaging Fueled by Pixels for photography or videography services, the client agrees to the terms outlined below. The specific deliverables, shoot times, and pricing will be agreed upon via email or a formal proposal prior to the shoot.
Copyright & Usage Rights
Fueled by Pixels (Mario Portelli) retains the original copyright to all images and video footage created. Upon full payment, the client is granted a broad, non-exclusive commercial license to use the final edited media for their own marketing, website, and social media platforms. The client may not sell the raw or edited files to third parties (such as stock agencies or competing marketing firms) without explicit written consent and a separate licensing agreement.
Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid in full according to the terms specified on the invoice (typically prior to final asset delivery or on a structured monthly retainer schedule). Late payments may result in a pause of monthly retainer services until the balance is cleared.
Liability & Hardware Failure
While we utilize highly reliable, top-tier computing and storage equipment to protect your media, Fueled by Pixels is not liable for any catastrophic loss of data due to hardware failure, theft, or acts of nature beyond our reasonable control once the final deliverables have been securely transferred to the client.
